JJ777 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement Pakistan

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings. Understanding them will make the rest of this document much easier to follow.

To use JJ777's gaming and betting services you must first register an account. Registration is free and takes approximately 60 seconds. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, including winnings.

JJ777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill confirming your address, or a selfie with identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until verification is completed.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Never share your JJ777 password with anyone, including family members. JJ777 cannot be held responsible for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials private.

You may only open and operate a JJ777 account if you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any other person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from JJ777 or any related platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of JJ777 or its operating partners.
• You are participating in online gaming voluntarily and for entertainment purposes, using funds you can afford to spend.

JJ777 is not responsible for verifying local laws and regulations that may apply to individual players in specific circumstances. It is your responsibility to determine whether using an online gaming platform is permitted in your jurisdiction. JJ777 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location.

JJ777 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no conversion fees or additional charges applied by JJ777 on deposits — though your payment provider may have their own charges, which are outside our control.

The minimum deposit at JJ777 is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit, though very large single deposits may trigger additional verification procedures under JJ777's anti-money laundering obligations.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited within 30 to 60 seconds of payment confirmation.
• NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are processed in real time during business hours and within 1–2 hours at other times.
• IBFT bank transfers are typically credited within 15–30 minutes during banking hours.
• Card deposits are subject to standard payment processing times of 1–5 minutes.

JJ777 reserves the right to refuse or delay processing of any deposit at its discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on your JJ777 account. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Standard processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Within 30 minutes for amounts under Rs 50,000 (subject to identity verification status).
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 1 hour during business hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM PKT. Next business day for later requests.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

Only real-money funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements can be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not yet completed wagering requirements are not withdrawable. The real-money portion of your balance is always clearly displayed separately from active bonus funds within your account dashboard.

JJ777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours in cases where unusual activity has been detected on an account. Players will be notified of any such delay via email. If an account is found to have breached these Terms during the review period, winnings associated with the breach may be voided.

JJ777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the JJ777 Promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed, as well as the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for JJ777's welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus matches your first deposit by 100% up to Rs 25,000. This means a first deposit of Rs 10,000 receives Rs 10,000 in bonus funds, giving a total starting balance of Rs 20,000. To claim the welcome bonus, you must opt in before making your first deposit.

Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds at JJ777 carry a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount. This means a Rs 10,000 bonus must be wagered a total of Rs 3,00,000 across qualifying games before the resulting funds become withdrawable. Wagering progress is visible in your account dashboard at all times.

• Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Crash games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Teen Patti and table games contribute 20% toward wagering requirements.
• Sports betting (including PSL markets) contributes 10% toward wagering requirements.

JJ777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Bonuses claimed in bad faith — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will be voided and the associated account may be closed.

All bets placed on JJ777 are final once confirmed. JJ777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in specific void conditions outlined below. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

Void Bets: A bet will be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances:

• A PSL match is abandoned without sufficient overs being completed for a result under DLS rules.
• A game software error produces a demonstrably incorrect outcome that is confirmed by the game provider's audit logs.
• A bet was placed at an obviously erroneous odds price resulting from a technical error (palpable error).
• A sporting event is postponed and not rescheduled within 72 hours of the original start time.

In-Play Betting: JJ777 offers live in-play betting on PSL fixtures and other sporting events. In-play odds update continuously and bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the exact time the bet is confirmed. JJ777 may suspend in-play markets at any time — for example, during a wicket review or commercial break — and is not obligated to accept bets during those suspension windows.

JJ777 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on specific markets at its discretion. Players who place unusually large or complex combination bets may have their bets reviewed for legitimacy before settlement. This is a standard industry practice to protect against arbitrage and match-fixing exploitation and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JJ777 login credentials. JJ777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a request for your password purporting to be from JJ777, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

JJ777 employs continuous fraud monitoring systems that analyse account activity, transaction patterns, device data and betting behaviour. Accounts displaying patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, matched betting exploitation, or the use of bots or automated scripts will be investigated. During investigation, the account may be suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening more than one account on JJ777.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Providing false identity information during KYC verification.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or copying any part of the JJ777 platform.

JJ777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a full suite of player protection tools that can be accessed at any time through your account settings. These tools are not a formality — they are there to be used, and we encourage all players to familiarise themselves with them.

Available responsible gaming tools at JJ777:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.

All content on jj777.click — including but not limited to the JJ777 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game content (where licensed), and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to JJ777 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JJ777 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, frame or commercially exploit any part of jj777.click without prior written consent from JJ777.

JJ777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform functions correctly and continuously, JJ777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for losses resulting from technical outages, scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity failures, or circumstances outside our direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJ777's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the real-money balance held in that player's JJ777 account at the time of the claim. JJ777 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses of any kind, including lost profits or lost betting opportunities.

JJ777 takes all player complaints seriously. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience on the platform, please follow this process:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Reach out to the JJ777 customer support team via live chat or email at support@jj777.click. Provide as much detail as possible including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 hours during operating hours.
• Step 2 – Formal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, request escalation to the formal complaints review process. JJ777 will review the complaint and provide a written response within 5 business days.
• Step 3 – Final Decision: If you remain dissatisfied after the formal review, JJ777 will provide a final written decision. This constitutes the completion of the JJ777 internal complaints process.

Bet settlement disputes specifically relating to sports events will be reviewed against the official result provided by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL matches, ICC for international fixtures). JJ777's interpretation of the official result is final for settlement purposes.

JJ777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JJ777 will notify registered players via email and/or a notice displayed upon login, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect — except in cases where immediate changes are required by law or to prevent fraud, in which case updates may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the JJ777 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date. Outstanding real-money balances will be paid out on request in accordance with the withdrawal terms in force at the time of account closure.
